"Woman, here is your son"  "Here is your mother" Jesus' dying words to his mother Mary and his close apostle John show how Mary is Jesus' gift to the family of the Church,  and that her 'yes' to God when the Angel Gabriel came to her is an inspiration and example to us.

 

As Maximillian Kolbe said, "Never be afarid of loving Mary too much; you can never love her more than Jesus did."

The lives of the Saints are also an inspration for us, and we can ask for their continued prayers and intercesion for us in heaven as part of our spiritual family.
